Horrorful...

It was absolutely horrorful... It made me queezy at times, scared to bits at other times... One thing is for sure... Nobody should watch this with their lights off and the volume up.

You're quite the storyteller, although your style kind of reminds me of the way David Firth's stories go, from Salad Fingers to Toast Boy.
It creeped me out and that's harder to do than getting someone to laugh... Much harder... This is quite the horror film.

Graphically it as quite interesting too... The style was uniformal and very detailed, down to the smallest dot of blood. That gave it more of a horror feel as it makes the mind prone to being more open and vulnerable to what you drew...

You made good use of both production and story elements... Nice work indeed.

Four stars from me and keep up the good work!

Excellent treatment, good storyline, good result!

Shame you got second place. This was treated and animated better than my submission. It deserves daily feature. Well, at least you received front page...

Either way, nothing for me to add. You left no room for error (not that i can spot any) and delivered a great story. The sprites were so well animated that they didn't even seem ripped at some stages of the film.

This gets my 5 for sure. Keep it up!

SplashKhat responds:

Thanks mate, Honestly I left the whole ratings drama behind me, people will vote the extreme's just to shift a submission by a single rank. You have class to come in and post a review like you did. I'm not at all hurt by being second. You have a cool film, its a big tribute to Newgrounds. Enjoy first place ^^

Funny...

Liked the concept. I was actually expecting something like a bomb to come out of the bag... lol...

Nice film, just a couple of pointers. The Person shouldn't have been voice acted by a computer voice (because it's not a clock and it can confuse the audience at times) and the sound didn't seem so crisp every now and then. Apart from those couple of things, i really liked the short!
You're proof that not all ClockCrew art is bad.

Keep 'em coming!

Hell, that made me sick...

But that was absolutely amazing! Frame by frame in that manner must've been so time consuming it's not even funny. Purposely made to look drafty, the animation's graphics added to the weirdness of the whole story. *brrrrr* Good god... i can't shake that off me... It's put me off standing with my back against a canvas or any white surface for the matter...

Great way to influence audiences! Keep it up!

LMAO, you f*ckin idiots...!

That was absolutely piss hilarious! Where and how do you find those ideas? The feature was funny as hell and when i got to the credits that simply killed it! I loved the Chicken dance and the Guitar bit that Darth played. lol...
graphics are crafty but since it's the way they're meant to be they're cool and they give the film that kind of "parody" feel. Well tweened and great humour! I wish there was more of Star Wars for you to make parodies of. I would've had a blast watching that!

Keep up the good work!

Damn...

I was wondering how and why he gained access to so many skits on the world wide web... Now i know... Anyway, putting the "point taken " aside, you did a great job with your cartoon. Very well presented and i can tell you put an effort into making the song sound good too! It sounded cool. Half of the words made me laugh (along with the visuals which made them even funnier) and i'll battle on against eBaums World in my next Service Announcement. I'll add a mention for you guys, since you're the "pioneers" who started this.
You did allright. Keep 'em coming!

Mighty Effort!

Effort in many different fields. For one the graphics were outstanding. For another the editing was done really well, for one more it was funny when it had to be and finally it takes some balls to make a "tribute to my dad" film here on Newgrounds where a lot of morons can easily laugh at the idea of your work being dedicated to your own father. Something i find quite immature, but you know ow times are... Moronic.

Anyway, i'll cut it here and i'll skip straight to the marking. 10 out of 10. You sure showed me a thing or two i can do better in my films. Keep yours coming!

Nice!

Not only did you manage to make another great Sonic animation, you managed to rip the intro music from another anime series and make it fit for your own cartoon's purpose!

This cartoon looked awesome! It had oomph and narrative. The FBF style doesn't look like it's all over the place and it doesn't feel so much like something that was made on someone's computer at home.

Keep 'em coming!

10/10, 5/5!

You shot yourself in the foot.

What a shame. You have such capability to make a good sprite film and you butchered your story elements. A longer feature would't have mattered, really. But all you did was take a storyline that already existed. What's worse is that you didn't expand on it. Next time, try to be more original and Develop your story further. Don't just work on making it look and sound cool. You already know how to do that. Come up with a better story. A little humour wouldn't hurt your cartoons either.

Try again!

meh...

True... The way some people decide on how they make a submission is somehow the same way you represented in your exaggeration... But you could've presented it better. It seemed kind of slow... What about subtitles to make it easier to follow? Perhaps a mouse icon dragging around the screen would've looked cool, or making the film look "funny crappy" rather than "real crappy". I know you did it on purpose. I commend you on your bravery. Unfortunately people won't always be so lenient toawrds a "stop and think" submission like this. You know what you wanna say, just concentrate more on better showcasing of your work. Otherwise you got yourself a pretty cool flash.

Keep it up!

Muffinator responds:

Hehe. Thankyou for the constructive critisism. That can be a help with this kind of thing. ^-^

And yeah. It could of been better. But really. I just made it quickly for fun and didn't want it to interupt with my other flash projects to greatly. I'm working on something a little more professional then this joke.

I animate once in a while. Just because i can.
