[Mario XI: Perfect Game L1]

Retarded and pointless!

What the HELL was that?

Nobody car4es about what's your highest score on your pissy SNES super mario gane, let alone how you decide to portray the way you play it. Even if it isn't the point remains the same: nobody gives a shit.

The graphics were plainly ripped off the game, with no added style of your own. THe frame rate was choppy (which is bad when you animate sprites, since it costs you nothing to motion tween them). Sound was set to event instead of stream, and hat's another point to your disadvantage. You not only made the file size huge because of that, but you used a pointless Techno track in the hope it;d fill the pathetic silence of your movie. Use some home brewn sounds next time.

Needless to say that it's an all rounded worthless piece of crap of a flash film... Try again.

[The Epic: Adam]

Very nicely done!

An anime film, yet a "distinguished" anime film. Graphics and style are definetely your own there. I haven't seen such a use of mixed animating techniques in a while. The action in the film was awesome. I'll give it that much since it got me cheering for the "Adam" character. Interactivity obviously doesn't get much of a bonus (since it SHOULD be a game component only). Humour was there. Mild, yet effective.

I had fun watching this film and it was put together very well. Good effort!

Nice collab effort

Though let's face it: graphics weren't OUR best graphics... Anf fallencloud6662, you messed it up by doing a rushed job. the last sequence of my animation is not meant to have the moth opening and closing on top of my character. Did you change it or something?
Anyway, good effort to put the animation(s) in sync with the song.
The best part of this whoole film was the variety. For a moment it reminded me of AFD...

I'll be the first to admit that i could've done mine a lot better... Shame...

Show them what you're made of, and "Unholy", why don't you back yourself up next time instead of giving moronic shit talks to authors?

Back to this submission... Graphics are in the most part well done. Some looked a bit "crafty" but that made the film more interesting as it added a bit of a "freaky" feel to the animation. Sound is fine, except for the computerised voice, which could've been substituted by a human voice (at least for the song!!!). Style gets a ten with no discussion about it. Every animating style in this film was original, creative and somehow humorous, despite the darkness of the film's theme.
Violence gets a 9 for constant presence and for being as horrifying as it was... It left me shaking at some stages...
Interactivity gets a bigger thumbs up than a movie usually does, since you added a great preloader, subtitle options and an "add usernames" feature to the replay button. It was all perfectly functional, so that gets you quite a few points.
Humour is obviously not meant to be there (not entirely) but sinec it was there it gets the marks anyway.

overall, i laughed at some point... I felt like crying a river at others... I was spooked, but fascinated. All this and sometimes forgetting that it was a film made by the ClockCrew. You really went out of your way this time, guys!

Great work!

The guy before knows squat. The graphics had massive detail and the FBF sequences were smooth in most cases. Therefore they deserve a 9/10. Your style's hilarious enough without having to add the humour factor to the submission. Since that was there this flash gets extra merit points!

Not much else to say, really. Funny Sonic spoof toon. Keep at it!

[YAAFM 12: Muslims]

A good reason for giving it a ten.

First up: Reginold isn't the first person who demeans a religious community in general. If people look up examples i'm sure that they'll find plenty of them where we find Judaism, Catholicism, Buddhism and whatever other religion is in existance to have some sort of joke on them. There's as many "offensive muslim cartoons" out there as there are "offensive jewish verbal jokes", "offensive fake rumours about buddhism just being a hoax" and of course, "offensive portrayals of jesus christ" as whatever the hell someone can think of.

Naturally the better person is evident judging from the reaction we get.
When an offensive Jewish joke is made in front of a Jew, the jews simply pint the finger in a sign of blame, walk off and get back to their life.
When an offensive Christian figurine of jesus is shown, Christians start huge debates about the "controversy", but at least they stick to words.
When an offensive buddhist rumour about their religion being a kick in the scrotum is made it's not like they give a shit... Not only they might not understand it, but that kind of crap is just "bullshit" as we would put it...
When an offensive cartoon of a muslim religious leader is shown to the world, the "muslim extremists" get offended. is this by any chance the only religion where i didn't add "they took the joke and moved on"?

Obviously not, because this edition of YAAFM was oh so offensive, that if Reginold did a similar one for every other fucking religion, every individual religious group would get pissed off about it. of course they would... And who would be having a laugh at their expense?

Every other bloody person that wasn't mentioned. Like all the other people who reviewed this submission that are in the "neutral zone" AND understood what was said in the debate.

But of course, the only ones who have a right to get rebellious to this point are the muslim extremists, and of course, the only ones who are allowed to shoot down this animation because it's offensive to their "culture" are the "muslim extremists".

Is it just me or is muslim religion the only one that still teaches that every other "non-believer" is a "deceitful dog"? Obviously not every muslim follows that line, but that's details... Obviously, christians HAVE to think they have a right to be offended but we're also the ones who have to take this shit...

Nicely done! By looking at the name i was expecting something sexual (cock slap) and that's the beauty of your flash, because the title sets up the viewer for a completely different plot from the one in your animation!

Fair effort

Merely trying to clear the crap posted by the moron that preceeded me... But i'll still take the time to post a decent review.

Graphics and diverse styles always blow me away with very little effort. Sound is ok (sound fx were good, so was the soundtrack - though it's always a no brainer in a collab).

Violence obviously gets full marks as you managed to come up with plenty of different ways to "kill stuff". Interactivity's not something i should pay attention to really (it's a film, for sake... how do you give it a mark for interactivity?)

Humour... It was a question mark for me so i gave you half (killing stuff is not always necessarily funny... sometimes it's just rewarding and i don't know which of the two it might've been for me)...

So tragically true...

The point you made in this film is quite visible and plausible just as much. We all wish it was that easy to make a difference...
Well presented animation with interesting graphics and sound. Your style's quite refined and it's constant throughout the whole film.
Animators get overlooked all the time. Newgrounds is nowdays more popularity and personal preference driven than back in the time when every technical aspect of the film was better observed. That's what downgrades the scores of some films and that's also why we haven't seen any 4.5 and over graded films and games.

Anyway, mondo job on the submission and i hope i get to see more work from you in the future!
